Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

What meals do you provide?

Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are provided daily for every child — there's no need to pack food. Families are always welcome to bring items from home if they prefer.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Yes. We can work around common allergies such as peanut and dairy by preparing alternatives. We don't prepare gluten-free meals in-house, so families managing celiac are encouraged to bring safe foods, which we'll store and serve separately.

Do you offer transportation to school?

We transport school-age children to and from Mary McPherson and Siena Elementary. Spalding STEM, PepperRidge, and Gem Prep all bus to and from our facility — Gem Prep runs both before and after school (early-release Wednesdays add $15).

Do you offer part-time or half-day care?

Part-time and half-day schedules may be available based on availability. Reach out to the office and we'll do our best to find a schedule that fits your family.

What discounts are available?

We offer a 10% sibling discount (full-time enrollment), a 10% military discount, and a $50 referral bonus for each family you refer who enrolls. We also accept ICCP.

What is your sick-child policy?

Children should be symptom-free for 24 hours, or have a doctor's note, before returning. We understand the difference between contagious illness and ordinary medication side-effects, and we'll always talk it through with you.

How do I enroll my child?

Book a tour time (or send us a note and we'll call you), complete the online pre-registration form, and once we confirm availability we'll finalize enrollment. Start here →
